The fish looks good Dan... It looks like you hadn't cleaned at the time of the picture....I hope you didnt wait two months to take his gizzards out. COuld be an interesting marinade however.
I am so glad you ate him (her?) They usualy sit in my freezer for a few years then I throw them out. Dan the mighty fisherman providing for his family. mom
angie looks like she is either going to throw up looking at htat fish or she is tearing up over its death. no offense to the gorgeous and photogenic angie- just one of those funny things. by the way hooray for you guys getting a blog!!!!
that is why i catch and release. i got sick of finding odd fish parts in the freezer! i never eat them anyway. but if you find a fish head it is a real event to hang it from the shower so that the water will shoot out of its mouth before your wife gets in!!

ok- me again after looking at hte picture blown up i have decided that she is actually looking at the fish sweetly and with deep contemplation. my bad
